Book a Table
The Awards Ceremony will take place on Thursday 7th February 2013
at the Lancaster London, Lancaster Terrace, London, W2 2TY. To book
your table please read the following details and then complete the
online booking form below:
Price
Standard booking rate: £2,350 + VAT
Early Bird booking rate: £2,250 + VAT
The table of 10 price includes reception drinks, dinner and entertainment.
Bookings made up to and including Tuesday 9th October 2012 will be charged at the early bird booking rate. Bookings made after this date will be charged at the standard booking rate.
Payment
For full details of how to pay, please see the Costs page prior to booking your table.
Once submitted online your booking is subject to the cancellation policy
detailed below. Payment is due within one week of your online booking.
Bookings made in February should be paid immediately and no
later than Wednesday 6th February 2013.
Tickets will be posted 2 weeks prior to the event providing payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted and monies refunded (less a 20%
administration charge) up to and including Friday 30th November 2012. No
refunds will be made after this date.

Access/Dietary Requirements
Please make the organisers aware prior to the event if you or any of
your guests have any access or special dietary requirements.

The Data Strategy Awards may contain strobe lighting effects or sudden loud sound effects.
