Costs

The costs and payment information for entering and attending the 2011 Awards that took place on the 19th October 2011 were as follows:


Entries

£235 + UK VAT


Payments can be made by credit/debit card, cheque or by BACs.

After entering online you will receive an automated email confirmation from the website. If you require a pro-forma invoice, please note that that there is one at the bottom of the confirmation email. Please retain this email for your reference as it contains full details of your submission/s and lists your allocated entry number/s. This email also contains instructions for those wishing to pay by BACs.

Cheques should be made payable to 'Centaur Events' and labelled on the reverse with the entry number/s.

Please note that for credit/debit card payments you should have received a second email confirming payment, this should be retained as your VAT receipt. No other receipt will be issued. Unfortunately we are not able to invoice for entries.

Multiple entries can be paid for by one credit/debit card, cheque or BACs payment.

By submitting your entry you confirm that you have read and agree with the rules of entry. Once submitted entries are confirmed and non-refundable. Any entry may be withdrawn for any reason up until 5.30pm on Friday 15th July 2011 upon written request to the organiser; however the entry fee is non-refundable. Payments must be cleared by Friday 15th July 2011. Once payment has been received your entry/ies will be passed to the judges for review.


Tables

Early bird booking rate: £1,950 + UK VAT

Standard booking rate: £2,050 + UK VAT


Prices are for a table of 10 and include reception drinks, dinner and entertainment.


Bookings made up to and including Tuesday 5th July 2011 will be charged at the early bird booking rate. Bookings made after this date will be charged at the standard booking rate.

You can pay online by credit/debit card when booking your table or opt to post a cheque/pay by BACs.


If you require a pro-forma invoice, please note that there is one at the bottom of the confirmation email that you receive once your table has been booked.

Once submitted online your booking is subject to the cancellation policy detailed below. Payment is due within one week of your online booking. Unfortunately we are not able to invoice for table bookings.


Tickets will be posted 2 weeks prior to the event providing payment has been received.

 
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted and monies refunded (less a 20% administration charge) up to and including Tuesday 2nd August 2011. No refunds will be made after this date.
